Brand Identity & Messaging Development: I led the creation of getlocker.com's core brand message and value proposition: "Sports you love. Sources you trust." This involved defining the app's unique selling points in a crowded market and ensuring a consistent, appealing brand voice across all touchpoints.
User Experience (UX) & Content Strategy: I guided the creative direction for how users would "fill their Locker and filter out the noise." This involved overseeing the design of intuitive interfaces and ensuring the delivery of engaging, high-quality content from trusted sports publishers that would attract and retain users.
Growth & Acquisition Campaign Development: I directed creative campaigns aimed at expanding the app's user base. This included developing strategies for digital marketing, social media engagement, and potential partnerships to reach the target audience of sports enthusiasts.
Project Management for Startup Growth: I managed the project roadmap for app features and content, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with growth objectives. This also involved collaborating closely with the development team and stakeholders to prioritize features that would drive user engagement and acquisition.
